TheTaq‘sactivityisblockedatambienttemperature,e.g.whilepreparingyoursample.TheinhibitionoftheTaqpolymeraseiscompletelyreversedwhenthetemperatureisabove70°C.Completeactivationofthepolymeraseisachievedat94°Cfor2min.MBTaqDNAPolymeraseissuppliedwitha10xbufferformaximalyieldandsensitivitywhichshouldfitmoststandardapplications.
